Intended use:

The purpose of axial flow fan is to transfer big air volumes in order to remove heat or to provide air blowing for the production equipment of different kinds. Essima fans can be used in air circulation and conditioning systems, in cooling and ventilation units. This kind of fans has become widespread due to the low noise level, simple design and low power consumption.

Design features:

The construction of an axial flow fan includes an engine with an external rotor and blades fixed in axial alignment. There is a protecting grid to prevent big items from getting into the blades of the equipment during its operation. Each fan goes through two-plane dynamic balancing to reach low noise level. The blades and the grid are made from painted carbon steel. Depending on the type, the fan can work in a sucking mode (the blades turn clockwise if looking at the grid) or in the blowing mode (counterclockwise rotation). To avoid overheating, the motor of the fan is equipped with a protection thermostat that breaks the circuit when temperature reaches 155°C.

  • Ambient temperature in operation -30°C...+60°C.

  • Life  – 30 000 hours of continuous operation.
