Centrifugal fan wheels with forward curved blades

Application:

Essima STFW series fan wheels are intended to be used in centrifugal fans. There is a wide range of applications where these fans are essential. Ventilation and air conditioning systems,  heating and cooling equipment or other machinery for sucking and blowing air flows. Centrifugal fans can also function as air delivery units in induced draught oil and gas burners.

Design features:

STFW series fan wheels are single inlet type with forward curved blades. Due to our most advanced equipment and unique design we managed to achieve maximum air flow characteristics. Standard material for STFW series wheels is galvanised steel. Special versions with different metal such as aluminium or stainless steel are available on request. Fan wheels can develop maximum speed operating within temperature range -15°C...+50°C. Higher temperatures +50°C...+250°C can cause material expansion, thus reduced rotational speed and steel hub are recommended. Direction of rotation is determined by looking into the suction side of the wheel and can be CCW or CW. Fan wheels are available with or without hub.

General characteristics:

• Diameter of fan wheel ranges from Ø140 to Ø500 mm.
• Wheel material — galvanised steel (aluminium and stainless steel are available on request).
• There are models with and without hub.
• Hub material — galvanised steel or low-carbon steel with black powder coating.
• Direction of rotation — CCW or CW.
