Essima square-shape shaded-pole motors

Intended use:

Shaded-pole motors are widely used in fan heaters, cooling systems, evaporators, dehumidifiers and other equipment due to their compact design, optimum performance and quiet operation. Essima motors represent a reliable solution with low energy consumption and reasonable price .

Design features:

Shaded-pole motors are originally AC single-phase induction motors. They have auxiliary winding composed of a copper ring surrounding a portion of each pole. This auxiliary single-turn winding is then called a shading coil. Currents induced in this coil by the magnetic field create a second electrical phase. Since the phase angle between the shaded and unshaded sections is small, shaded pole motors produce only a small starting torque relative to torque at full speed. Our motors are designed in ribbed square shape aluminum body with mounting units called feet. M4 screw bolts are supplied for motors installation.
