Commutator AC motors

Intended use:

Thanks to their high capacity and operation in domestic electric supply network Essima AC commutator motors can be used in grain grinder and milling machine drives, as well as in a whole range of other agricultural and household units that don’t need continuous operation.

Design features:

Essima commutator motors are notable for their high performance and high rotation speed. Stator and rotor of such motors consist of separate electric steel sheets combined together in a laminated package to reduce overheating from frequent alternating magnetiszation. Our commutator motors design allows for the usage of an additional thermoprotection with 105°C or 110°C thermostat depending on the model. The motor can continuously operate without any failures for about 500 hours at nominal voltage and power values. Some models are provided in a plastic case to protect open joints and mechanisms from dust, dirt and liquids.
